To create atmospheric vaults from the natural material brick was the aim - to keep the building time short the challenge. We gladly took on this challenge and developed the ARCasa cap vault. The short building time is achieved by prefabricating the individual elements of the ARCasa cap vault in our factory before we erect and join them together at the later site. This method not only saves time, but also ensures you keep to budget.

A cap vault is a vault with a large radius lying on top of vertical side walls.

Perfect planning included
After detailed planning the solid cap vault is prefabricated in our workshops from the natural material brick. For this the side parts are calculated and equipped with the anchors needed for shipping and assembly on site. The actual vault, the caps, are also calculated exactly and manufactured. The ARCasa cap vault is then delivered to the site as prefabricated elements in the best quality with our company truck with crane and erected and assembled by our skilled craftspeople within the shortest of times.

Space for new ideas
The ARCasa cap vault is mainly used where higher room heights are wanted or needed because height and width - in contrast to a barrel vault - are not proportional to each other. The stability aspect is also amazing because our ARCasa cap vaults allow a free span of the individual vault elements of up to nine metres. The system can therefore be used to create generous residential and representative rooms without having to dispense with the flair of a modern vault. The brick ensures a natural and healthy room climate. The length of the vault is unrestricted and installation underground is also possible without problem. Whole vault landscapes can be created by adjoining further vaults - also in combination with an barrel vault.
