The wine tastings for up to 15 people are extremely popular.
"We have been regularly sold out for two to three years now. The new building and conversion were definitely worthwhile," says Mr Sieferle, who is very satisfied with his new vault. In spite of the large glass front, the vault stays pleasantly cool even on hot summer days.
